"Pertti" is originally from Russia, but he was brought to Finland and from Finland he moved to Switzerland, in Autumn 2006 he came back to Finland. He was formerly owned by Jenni
Dahlman-Räikkönen who competed in 120cm level with
him.
Liberii has already competed with Anna in several national show jumping competitions on 120cm level, and they are planning to move in even higher competitions. They even took part in Finnish show jumping championships this year, but retired after first
day.
He's got a very unique character. He acts like a big pony and loves eating everything from candy to hay. He plays various tricks to the rider: One moment he can be lazy as a donkey and another moment jump around like a deer. Most of the time he's lazy and tries to get away with as less work as he
can.
Even though he's a show jumping horse, he can do various dressage movements: Passage, piaffe... You name it-- Liberii does it! He could be a dressage horse as well, because he moves so elegantly and various people have suggested to try competing in dressage as well, at least for now we leave dressage for those who can actually do it.
All the glory of finding Pertti belongs to Christopher Wegelius, who has trained Anna already since 2004 and been the number one coach from 2006.
